My tabox extension is successfully synced with Google, but all of my collections (maybe dozens) are gone. I clicked restore from backup, and it just goes blurry and hangs there indefinitely. I tried disabling and re-enabling. no better. I tried uninstalling and reinstalling, no better. I tried importing a collections file from last year which doesn't have all of the collections, and it fails to import anything without an error message. Any ideas?

I’m not sure what the actual issue is, but it’s utterly destroyed my workflows that relied heavily on tabox. If you’ve backed up your files, there may be some way for the developer to allow us to open them as a tax document or do CSV or perhaps something else which is far from ideal, but might at least give us the basis for slowly, painstakingly piecing our groups back together? This is extremely disappointing and has me thinking very carefully about relying so heavily on free software. I don’t wanna bash here because the developers actually very nice and we’ve communicated any number of times over the last few years. I’ve been using this. That said this is an absolute showstopper and has impacted my workflows and peace of mind far too heavily. I’ll post back if I find anything out, please do the same and best of luck.
this just happened to me today. im at a loss for words and have several tab groups. this is tragic and I am really confused how this could happen
Mine are gone suddenly too 😫 And oc the my last backup was prior to the last incredibly busy 2 weeks with SO many additions - so they're gone as well. This is a nightmare...I was really counting on this app and rn I don't know what to do.
Me too, blurry and hangs, and ALL of my Collections are now gone. I installed to a new machine, and when I turned Sync on, it nuked all Collections on my other machines. Very sad that all of my data seems to have been wiped. I tried to run it off and back on, to restore from GDrive, etc, nope - all the data seems to have been synced into blank oblivion.
